The Extech 45158 Mini Thermo-Anemometer with Humidity is suitable for operation in numerous environments thanks to its superior craftsmanship and versatility. The 45158’s durable, water-resistant housing has been drop-tested to six feet and is designed to float in the event of an accidental submersion for easy retrieval. The replaceable non-corrosive plastic wind vane and sophisticated electronics reliably and accurately measure temperature, windchill, relative humidity, and dew point, which can be displayed simultaneously on the dual LCD screen.

Opening the 45158 is quick and easy, requiring little more than a flick of the wrist. When completely open, it can extend 9 inch for better reach. When not in use, the mini thermo-anemometer folds back up to protect the electronics and for convenient storage.

Customizable Windspeed Measurements

The 45158 measures windspeed in a number of different units including ft/min, MPH, m/s, km/h, Knots, and Beaufort Force. Its selectable averaging function can be set to capture data in 5, 10, or 13 second intervals.

Durable and Water-Resistant

The durable housing of the 45158 makes the mini-thermo anemometer excellent for use on land and at sea. The water-resistant housing is designed to float for easy retrieval and it’s been dropped tested at 6 feet to ensure durability.

The large dual LCD screen on the 45158 includes both a primary and secondary display to facilitate gathering data, including air velocity and relative humidity.
