Crimping Tool Usage for making Hub Flat Cable,IDC connector on to ribbon cable,computer wire
For crimping IDC-TYPE of connectors on to ribbon cable,crimping from height 6mm distance to 27.5mm(max.55mm width)
Instruction:
1. Insert the fat cable into the IDC connector.
2. Place the assembled IDC connector onto the suitable adaptor.You may use this tool with or without adaptor, depend on the height or width of the connectors. For LS-214 adaptor, oneside is suitable for connector width up to 6mm and the ther side is 10mm.
3. Put the adaptor and fixed onto the jaw.
4. Squeeze the handles until its stop to crimp the connector.
